ICS V4.0 Irish Coding Standards (ICS) apply to activity coded in HIPE and provide guidance and instruction on all aspects of HIPE data collection by addressing issues relevant to the Irish hospital scene. ICS are developed to complement the Australian Coding Standards (ACS) and are revised regularly to reflect changing clinical practice. Previous versions of ICS are available upon request by contacting the HIPE Coding Manager, jacqui.curley@esri.ie
The current version of ICS is V4.0.
