Social Research | Research Assistant
James Eighan is a Research Assistant in the Social Research Division of the ESRI, who works in the area of Health Research. He holds an MA in Economics from NUI Maynooth and a BA in History from Trinity College Dublin. For his MA thesis James examined the effect of the Irish minimum wage increases of 2007 on the employment probabilities of low wage workers.
As part of the Health Research team James will be involved in examining the geographic profile of non-acute healthcare supply in the Republic of Ireland.
