James Hanley

James Hanley was awarded a Research Fellowship from the ESRI in 1969 to study at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada where he obtained a PhD in Statistics in 1973. In 1980, he joined McGill University (Montreal), where he teaches, and collaborates on clinical and epidemiologic research. His research interests are in statistical methods to evaluate the performance of diagnostic tests. See http://www.biostat.mcgill.ca/hanley
