Brigid Francis-Devine

Brigid Francis-Devine joined the ERSI as a Research Assistant in November 2018. She holds a BA in Philosophy Political Science, Economics and Sociology and an MSc in International Politics, both from Trinity College Dublin. Her dissertation was a quantitative analysis of the impact of fragmentation of development aid on human development outcomes.

Brigid has previously worked in the Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law in the Council of Europe, and more recently as an intern in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Her work with the ESRI is with Growing Up in Ireland, on the data team.
