Ciára Dalton
EMN Policy Officer
Ciára holds a Barrister-at-Law Degree (BL) from the Honourable Society of Kings Inns and has completed a Master's of International Human Rights Law at NUIG and a Bachelors of Civil Law at DCU. Her Masters thesis focused on the rise of nationalist sentiment and populist politics within the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the ESRI, Ciara has previously worked as a Policy and Research Officer at the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission, and the Global Legal Action Project. Ciára is also a founder of Hygiene Hub.
