The School Completion Programme: A Review

The School Completion Programme (SCP) provides supports for children and young people at risk of disengagement from school. This study, funded by Tusla Education Support Service, builds upon an earlier review of the programme conducted by the ESRI to investigate the impact of significant changes to the operation of SCP and the challenges posed to schools by the COVID-19 pandemic. The study draws on a survey of SCP coordinators and in-depth case-studies at local level.
