This webinar launches a report on 'Arts and cultural participation among 17-year-olds' written by Emer Smyth and funded by the Arts Council.

The webinar will involve a presentation of the study findings and a response from Maureen Kennelly, Director of the Arts Council, as well as input from young people about their experience of the arts.
