The event will launch the ESRI report Squandered Skills? Bridging the Digital Gender Skills Gap for Inclusive Growth in Ireland – A Comparative European Perspective, funded by BlockW.

The report will be launched by Minister Marian Harkin TD (Minister of State, Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science)

The programme includes a presentation of the report’s key findings, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Helen Dixon (former ComReg and Data Protection Commissioner). Panellists include Professor Mary Aiken (Capitol Technology University, Washington, and member of the Interpol Global Cybercrime Expert Group),  Shauna Dunlop (SOLAS), Professor Seamus McGuinness (ESRI), Anna Wallace (Department of Finance) and Michelle Wallace (CEO, Digital Infrastructure Ireland and Founder, A Better Work).
