The ageing workforce in Ireland: working conditions, health and extending working lives

Pat Breen, TD, Minister of State for Trade, Employment, Business, EU Digital Single Market and Data Protection, launched new ESRI research at this conference on 1 October. The ESRI study examined the working conditions and health status of older workers in Ireland, in the context of rising employment rates of older workers in recent years.

The report brings together the findings from a programme of research funded by the Health and Safety Authority and is available to download here.
