A cancer diagnosis can greatly affect someone's ability to work. Those who have or have had cancer can encounter significant barriers when seeking to return to work.

The Irish Cancer Society has funded ESRI research, which seeks to understand the barriers and facilitators to returning to work after a cancer diagnosis.
