Richard Otroshchenko

Richard Otroshchenko joined the ESRI in June 2025 as a Summer Intern. He works within the Economic Analysis division on the Energy and Environment team, and his current project focuses on estimating the consumer price elasticity of demand for electricity in Ireland.

Richard has completed a BSc in Economics from University College Dublin. He has previously completed internships with PwC and Vodafone."
