Valentin Mang

Valentin is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the ESRI’s Behavioural Research Unit. Prior to joining the ESRI, Valentin completed his PhD in Social Psychology and Marketing at the University of Groningen. His PhD research examined why people fall for, and act on, various types of misinformation and conspiracy theories. Valentin holds a MSc in Consumer Psychology from the University of Sussex and a BA in Marketing from FHWien University of Applied Sciences. He previously worked as a pre-doctoral lecturer at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business and was a Visiting PhD Researcher at the Department of Psychology at Ohio State University.
