Mark Wynne

Mark Wynne was a Research Assistant at the ESRI from 1982 to 1984. He was awarded a Research Fellowship from the ESRI from 1985 until 1988 to study for a PhD in Economics at the University of Rochester in New York. Following his studies, he went to work for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He spent a year and a half working for the European Monetary Institute in Frankfurt during the run up to the launch of EMU. He is currently a Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and Director of the Bank's Globalization and Monetary Policy Institute. See http://dallasfed.org/research/bios/wynne.html
