Consumer Sentiment Index, July 2012

Consumer sentiment increased from 62.3 in June to 67.7 in July. This month’s reading was higher than in July of last year when the Consumer Sentiment Index was 55.9. The 3-month moving average increased for the fifth consecutive month, rising to 63.7.
