Consumer Sentiment Index, March 2013

Consumer sentiment increased in March to 60.0, from 59.4 in February. The 3-month moving average jumped to 61.2 from 57.8 in February, as the effect of December’s weak reading washed out. The 12-month average stood at 61.8.
