Consumer Sentiment Index, May 2013

Consumer sentiment improved in May to 61.2, from 59.8 in April. The 3-month moving average increased slightly to 60.0, from 59.4 in April. The average for the year to May is 60.7, higher than 59.5 for the same period last year.
