The RTB Rent Index, Quarter 1 2020

The RTB Rent Index is compiled in conjunction with the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI). The year-on-year growth rate of the national standardised average rent was 5.4 per cent in Q1 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a short supplementary analysis of the rental market from January to June 2020 was also released along with the Q1 2020 RTB Rent Index Report. This is available here,
