Alex Webb

Alex joined the ESRI in June 2026 as a Policy Officer with the Irish National Contact Point of the European Migration Network (EMN). 

Alex holds a BA in Human Geography from the University of Tennessee and an MSc in Governance of Migration and Diversity from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to joining the ESRI, she worked as a Project Officer with Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Ireland, where she provided information and advice to international protection applicants and supported them in navigating the international protection process. She also previously worked as a Researcher on the Sustainable Practices of Integration (SPRING) programme, which focused on synthesising and disseminating research to inform integration policy making.

Alex's professional interests include migration and asylum policy, international protection systems, and the use of research and evidence to inform policymaking.
