Cian Mowlds

Cian Mowlds joined the ESRI as a Research Assistant in the Tax, Welfare and Pensions Division in September 2025. He holds an MSc in Applied Economics and a BSc in Economics, Politics and International Relations, both from University College Dublin.

Prior to joining the ESRI, Cian worked as an intern economist with the Revenue Commissioners and as a political assistant in the Oireachtas.
