Laura Gormley

Laura worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the ESRI from August 2018 to December 2019. With a background in behavioural analysis, her research focuses on understanding how the principles of behaviour impact consumer decisions and welfare, in order to inform policy development. Laura is an Irish Research Council Alumna and holds a PhD in Psychology at Trinity College Dublin. The title of her thesis was ‘Dissemination of Evidence-Based Practice to Professionals Working in the Field of Intellectual Disability’. She also holds an MSc in Psychology (Applied Behaviour Analysis) and a BA in Psychology. During her PhD, she taught on the MSc in Psychology (ABA) course in Trinity College Dublin.
