Seamus Taylor

Seamus Taylor was a Research Assistant in the ESRI in the mid 1980s. Over a period of 20 years, he held a variety of posts in Commissions related to racial equality in England, Scotland and Wales. In June 2009 he returned to Ireland take up a post as a lecturer in Social Policy Studies in the Department of Applied Social Studies, NUI Maynooth. His research interests include socio-economic and social group aspects of equality; the theory and practice of mainstreaming equality; ageing and the criminal justice system and social policy. See
