Consumer sentiment rebounded in January to 64.2, from 49.8 in December. This increase is the new largest monthly change of the index on record, following December’s large fall. The 3-month moving average improved to 59.3 in January
from 58.1 in December. The index rose above 12-month average of 61.7.
