Cathal O'Donoghue

Cathal O?Donoghue was a Research Assistant at the ESRI from 1993 until 1995. He was awarded a Research Fellowship from the ESRI (1995-1998) to study for a PhD at the London School of Economics. He lectured in the Department of Applied Economics in Cambridge before returning to a lectureship in Economics at NUI Galway in 2002. Since 2005, he has been Head of the Rural Economy Research Centre in Teagasc. His research interests include the development and use of micro simulation models for public policy analysis. See
