Frank Wolfe
Frank Wolfe is a Research Analyst at the ESRI. In July 2025 he joined the Health and Quality of Life research team, where he works primarily on the Hippocrates Model.
Frank holds an MSc in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, where he also studied for his BA in Politics, Philosophy, Economics and Sociology. His MSc thesis investigated behavioural responses to income tax reform in Mexico.
Frank has worked as a research assistant in the Department of Economics at Trinity College Dublin, as an intern in the Energy and Environment team at the ESRI, and an intern in the Centre for Social and Economic Research (CASE) in Warsaw. His research interests include public health, public policy, and applied econometrics.
