Marta Alvaro-Taus
Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Marta Alvaro-Taus is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Economic Analysis division since December 2022. She is currently working in the energy and environmental research team. Marta received her PhD from the University of Surrey in 2022. Her main research interests include economic growth, inequality, regional and environmental economics, technological change and international trade.
Marta holds a MA in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Valencia. She worked at the European Central Bank as Research Analyst from 2012 until 2014, and at Fidelity Investments as Research Associate from 2014 until 2017.
