Adam holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Limerick and an MSc in Human Decision Science from Maastricht University. His MSc thesis investigated mechanisms for influencing human capital investment decisions among Dutch public sector workers and for this, he was awarded the Maastricht University Master Thesis Prize.
